Turnaround time for our Editorial Services depends on the length of your manuscript — anywhere from one to two days for a manuscript of 50 pages, to four to five days for a manuscript of 100 pages, to three to four weeks for a manuscript of 350 or more pages. We consider every job a rush job, so we do not charge extra. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Rather than charge our clients an hourly rate, we have found that most people prefer to know exactly what our services will cost before making a commitment to use them. An hourly rate is meaningless if you do not know how many pages per hour an editor can read or if he or she will do so consistently. We don’t want there to be any surprises when it comes time to pay the bill.

Therefore, we charge according to the length of your work, by the word count, not by the hour. The main advantage of this is that we are able to give you a definite price for your work as soon as we receive it. This is not an estimate, but a final price. We guarantee that it will not go up, even if heavier editing is required than was originally anticipated.

• 1 word - 5,000 words = $0.02 per word
  
• 5,001 - 10,000 words = $0.019 per word
  
• 10,001 - 20,000 words = $0.016 per word
  
• 20,001 - 50,000 words = $0.013 per word
• 50,001 words or more = $0.01 per word
